Did you grow up a football fan cause you liked the sport or because you just wanted to fit in with the others?

I know every country has their own 'football' and they differ depending on the country, but its a national sport in most and a lot of people follow it. To be honest, it never interested me, and I tried to follow it/play it/like it but it just never clicked for me...

I never could develop an interest in professional spectator sports either. I cared much more about my own workouts; jogging, cycling, karate, yoga, archery, fencing, weights.

However, I do enjoy watching the Olympics on TV.

Im in England so soccer is king most parts of the country.
My Father used to take me when I was 6 or 7 so i suppose i just followed his choice of team
