I would agree, since you put it that way. I rarely think of success as I’m typically aiming for a perfection I can’t achieve, so I spend my time on all those other steps and try to just enjoy the neverending journey of it. I think I’d feel a bit lost if I ever thought I’d succeeded. 😂

💯 being told I wasn’t capable of being successful, those words stayed with me, I had to prove them wrong, my determination kicked in. 🥰

I accomplished most of the goals I had set for myself as a young adult. However, the race has always been within myself so I still strive to better myself in some way. Not so much from a career perspective at this point in my life but more in attempting to keep learning new things and expanding my perceptions of life.

Heres the one I kept with me all my working life...

There's definitely some truth to that. But all things being equal I think access to a successful life (which is subjective) plays a big role as well. But no matter how connected someone is they still have to deliver the goods. I think sports is a good example. Barry Bonds grew up with a father who was also a great baseball player. So he was around it. But he still still had to perform. If he didn't he wouldn't have had a career. There aren't too many successful people who just roll over when things don't work out. They keep pushing.

True to a degree, but the majority of Billionaires inherited their wealth. Of course those who inherited their money are a very small minority.

Success is just smart work n not so much as hard work...a donkey works way harder than a race horse but e everyone knows how they are treated..

Everything worth doing is worth doing well.

Success happens when you persevere for what you believe in. It’s not always having the right cards in a situation.

It’s about knowing yourself (know what you can and what you cannot do yet) and persevering to overcome limitations.

The success I most long for is teasingly just out of reach. It's the right vision. It seems impossible. I'm still moving forwards but it's a daily conversation with myself.

At this time I need to muster up the courage to move on. I can see the vision, it's just extremely daunting..

Persistence

It is not surely accidental.But success is within the range of the History and god reference of kind and godly people who try to follow and commit the law of the lod to the lonely man like me in Tanzania.

Success is in becoming - and that's what you are describing. And if you 'succeed' without becoming your success is hollow.

I think being a stubborn flucker who refuses to give up is also helpful, no matter how many times you fail you have to keep trying.

Success is also subjective and can look different to various people. 🤔

I agree and when you fail getting back up and trying again. One of the most popular products I have ever seen is a spray lubricant called WD-40. WD stands for water displacement. The 40 is for it took him 40 attempts before he got it right. Not everyone succeeds the first time. Get up. Dust yourself off and go again.
