Would you kick a man when he is down or help lift him up?

I'd in most cases either leave him there or lift him up, I try to leave things better than what I found them..

Good question. I think it depends on the man. Some create their own realities and others are victims of things they can't control. No one should be kicked. But not everyone deserves to be lifted up.

I don't normally kick anyone when they're down.
Not even those I put down myself, like rabid dogs.

But to the point of the question of kicking or helping...
It simply depends upon who, history, and context.

The question is too open ended for anyone to actually answer in a whole truth type of why without considering it more fully.

I suppose it depends on the person. Most likely help them up -- but there are a few I'd be happy to pretend were soccer balls.

I wouldn’t kick a person who was down, but whether or not I helped them up would depend on who they were. The rest of us might be safer with them out of action, even temporarily.
