ME: When I see someone walking up to the door

@Lostpoet Yeah, for me it was my only real "religious experience" that led me to my current path. My ancestry is Scots/Irish and Metis.

Turns out the Scots and Irish bit were actually Norse people who got land in Scotland for fighting for William the Conqueror and a similar arrangement with my "Irish" ancestors.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I'm mostly Dutch and Swedish ancestry.

We actually left Fredericksburg, Denmark to join Joseph Smith and the Mormon pilgrimage west.

@Lostpoet My dad left the church because I guess he was too progressive for them. He didn't like how they treated blacks (the priesthood was still banned for them) and how they treated woman.

Years later I researched the church out of curiosity so I am also not completely clueless when they show up.

Actually there is a bar going up right across the street from the stake house near me. That should go over well. 😂
