No one. That's the beauty of the internet. Nothing means nothing and everything has become from nothing, fact or fiction, a steady course of repetition makes any statement a fact, and Truth is never realized.

Yourself: fact checking, if done well, will give you an analysis that links to the sources used to validate or refute any given statement. It's up to you verifying if the fact checker understood and used the source material properly

I don't trust fact checkers anymore- unless it's a science issue it will have a left wing bias.

Your best bet is find 6 or 7 fact check sites that seem mostly reliable, and crosscheck all of them against each other when a story is in doubt.

It has been realized that fact checkers never existed until the truth started coming out, and they have been proven to be liars.
