Love lies inside me. It's not a result of any type of connection I have with someone, rather it's an energy that is freely ours to use as we like. We don't earn or gain love, we simply [b]have[/b] love. To me, that's a beautiful thing within us.

Is it all we need to be happy in life? Well, "happy" is an emotion like sadness or anger, so it's not constant. I've found it more beneficial to just try to choose whatever feels good in any given moment. And if by chance there is nothing that feels good in a moment, then choose what's healthiest.

I don't agree. I am at my happiest when I'm focused on being of service to others than dwelling on myself & my own feelings.
