What do you think is the logical explanation for the “Mandela effect”

For example, Kit Kats, no longer having a hyphen when it’s off counter brand in fact does

Or fruit of the loom never having a cornucopia

Or what about the Star Wars famous line, where he says “Luke I am your father” supposedly it never existed and he said “no, I am your father”[media=https://youtu.be/_lOT2p_FCvA]

Or nelson Mandela supposedly dying in prison and then he died in 2013 😳

Now they’re trying to say it was “looney tunes” not “looney toons”

I could go on and on

Personally I think it’s our minds confusing what would make sense vs what the reality is, for most of them.

a distortion of the fabric of reality

@Matt85 Indeed, due to the quantum pluralistic entanglements., but hey that's not even π% of the current Shit-Storm we're up against at the moment.

@SW-User I agree with this comment and the Swedish converter thingy that alters the time lines. I forget it’s exact name

I call it a timeline issue. For me, as a constant cynic, I can chalk most of this up to memory issues. For instance when I was a kid Curious George had a tail. But turns out, in this timeline, he never did. Weird, but I can accept I just misremembered that. But also as a kid I used to ask, "is it Bear N Steen" or "Bear N Stine?" Well, in this timeline it's Berenstain not Berenstein. So, that pronunciation debate would NEVER happen with the current spelling and I refuse to believe I imagined my kid self asking that question a million times. There is no other logical explanation for that.

just like Looney Tunes, Here in America there are laws against using copyrighted/trademark things, So designs are used thare different enough to avoid laws, but similar enough for you to recognize are used

in film it's called 'greecing'
turning the Roman numeral alphabet into something that looks like the Greek alphabet

Star Wars is correct. It has always been No I am your father. But I seem to remember a dash in kit kat, and Looney Toones.
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Confined it drives me crazy.😂
I swear it was loony toons .
I dunno ....it's weird .

There's this theory about time and time travel, and that we can't go back further than the first time travel event. And that every time it's done, time lines split.
There's also theories on consciousness . And that if you raise your consciousness "vibration" or whatever ...you move to that 'dimemsion' somehow - suggesting there are different 'Earths' in each dimension.

So ....I dunno...it's flipping odd. Why do so many people remember something collectively in a different way ?....it's spooky .
@Nitedoc The thing is , if you remember something some way ....and then someone shows you evidence that it might not be true - then of course doubt is then going to set in isn't it ?
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
@OogieBoogie That's a big part of how the power of suggestion works.
@Nitedoc pretty much .

I think It shows you that reality can be what our consciousness makes it. Until it's not.

It's sorta how Humphey Bogart never actually says "Play It Again, Sam!" in Casablanca though many people remember it being so. Woody Allen actually made a film with that title.
