What have you regretted the most in your life?
it is important to note that some degree of regret is normal and can even be a valuable learning experience. The goal is not to completely eliminate regret, but rather to minimize it and learn from it

I would say I regret I wasn't a better father and more involved in my two sons' upbringing; ; particularly my eldest who had a troubled adolescence. Those 16-hour workdays and being on-call at all hours even when I was home sort of cut into a lot of quality time. Despite that, both have turned out great and both keep bringing up stuff they say they learned from me, mostly by example, so perhaps I wasn't that bad a Dad. But really the credit goes to their mother, God rest her soul.
