Is there a more scarier sound then that silence, when night insects stop chirping without warning?

@White99 yeah and my sister had just separated from her husband and moved into an apartment. She woke up one night hearing the sound of denim jeans scooting along the tile floor. She said she sat straight up and screamed bloody murder. Whoever it was got out quickly but the neighbors showed up and asked her what happened. She said someone had come to visit that afternoon and she had forgotten to lock the door.
