If the bucket of icecream you bought has been half thawed and re frozen, should you be able to get your money back?

Yes. Call the store. They will tell you to bring your receipt with you...but they might not make you return the ice cream.

Yes, just take your receipt with you. If it's Walmart, they'll give you a gift card if you don't have a receipt.
