It's no joke.......appreciate the life that you enjoy, that one you're being bored in. You could be, in another region, sitting in a bread line contemplating survival and in-coming artillery. Perspective gurl....perspective.

Sometimes, boring is a highly desirable alternative to interesting.

Honestly, though, I've never been good at making things interesting.

I have a switch off button... I use that... Just go to the beach and watch the waves ... Sometimes have some beer... Watch people around me Or just doze off ... I feel better after that... It has a calming effect...

Try something different. Travel. Watch a different kind of movie or read a new genre. Learning something new makes you smarter and less bored

I don't find boring a bad thing, it's better than things being too busy and chaotic.
I just tell myself this and then I'm content with being boring.

Find something that makes you smile or laugh, something you've a passion for and then go and do it
