The Bruce protocol

Done a cardiac 'stress test' today as a followup from my workplace medical recently where my 'cardiac risk score' was assessed as 12 percent. Anything over 10 percent requires a 'cardiac stress test' to be done and a clearance from a cardiologist in order to continue doing my job (I have until Dec to get it done).

I'd never done one before, but I felt completely wrecked after it. Seeing cardiologist in 2 days to discuss the results.

The 'bruce' protocol was used for those who know anything about cardiac stuff.
