I dont have a title for my issues, but i have good days and then after the dust settles i get really depressed, it never fails so i just try to stay within myself not looking for anything exciting because i hate the crash, i dont sociialize, that way i dont have the highs and lows.

I'm thinking similarly and you know where do I conclude ? In something hugely superficial and profound . I know what's wrong: the caffeine isn't helping me, I'm not getting enough sunlight (I do just not enough for me) I am low at socialising, I my diet includes too many sugars nowadays (chips and noodles), I am not taking the rest that I need, and I am sitting feeling a little blue... But I know I am no more complicated than a crying baby really ... ...
I hope to find the little strength to change these things. ..
Hugs dear, I hope you will feel better soon 🤗
A lot of people are feeling the same, myself included. Small comfort, I guess but you are not alone. These are hard times for people in many ways.
@Starsandfire 😅 hugz

Is that in the DSM-5-DR because I'm already qualified in about 5 categories in that thing? This would be 6 and we may be looking at padded walls.

I would recommend finding some time to treat yourself healthy. Good food, sleep and simple exercises to fight the stress!

O, there is always a cause...do some digging!

Take a long, hot bath. Close your eyes and soak.

Then get out, and lay a huge beach towel on your bed, and spread out on it, and nap.

Stay until you are rested and dry.

If it is too cool, turn up the heat so the air is warm.

@JoyfulSilence baths always help. Thank you

I’ve been like this too, but there are always reasons, even though they haven’t risen from our subconscious mind yet. It’s usually an association that you may not be aware of.

I’m sorry you feel sad. Be kind to yourself. {hugs}

I go through this myself and I never realized it has a title. I know you haven't posted in so long, but recently visited. Has the feeling passed?
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
I think it is at least partly due to all the turmoil around the planet. It all feels unsettled, and I think many of us are feeling edgy.
DaveE54 · 51-55, M
I have the same but just keep reaching out and use the support you receive to cling onto small positives
