Is there a word for people on the Internet who like to listen to themselves talk? Lol

What are the names for these phenomena? There should be names. 🤔. Sometimes I wonder why these behaviors have become acceptable on the Internet. When we meet people like this in real life we recognize that they are an ass, so people generally don’t carry on like that.

Jane/Joe shares a a personal feeling/experience, clearly looking for people who can relate. There is no inquiry for advice.
Suzzie/Tod: I’ve never had that feeling! I have only had contrary experiences of that! My experience implies that there’s something wrong/less enlightened for not mirroring me!

Suzzie/Tod feels the need to boost their own ego by invalidating other people.

Jane/Joe: Asks where they can buy a blue sweater
Suzzie/Tod: uses this benign question to discuss how they don’t like the color blue, knit their own sweaters or only by local or only shop at thrift stores or use the thread as a platform to discuss labor laws in foreign countries or how sweaters are something liberal/conservatives do or they are a nudist

Susie/Todd is constantly looking for opportunities to assert themselves as special in some way that must be publicly, passive aggressively established

Susie/Todd: makes a statement asking for peoples opinions/advice and gets pissy when people don’t agree.

It's an extension of narcissistic personality disorder.

It could be. It’s just become so normalized on the Internet that I’d hate to write it off as an epidemic of NPD @LordShadowfire
