Are you under stress? Did you eat something like an Apple that can knock the lips. Those nerves are sensitive, and a small “hit” on the outside can set it off. If I don’t sharpen my lip pencil enough, and the wood part hits my lip, it can cause a cold sore. If you put camphor on it early enough it can nip it in the bud.

Find a dentist with a dental laser. They have settings for "Apthous Ulcers" which are fever blisters/ cold sores.

They dont actually make contact with you but the laser energy immediately relieves the pain and stops the spread, and they claim you wont develop another in the same spot.

It has worked for me. No pills, no pain, just relief

I put Vicks vapor rub on sore lips, it stings like mad but it feels better afterwards. I'm sure eucalyptus kills bacteria and viruses 🤗

Ild also suggest stress and i know this sounds odd but get some aftershave preferably green dab some on your finger and dab it on the cold sore it will sting at first but will speed up the heal
