I hope I didn't mess up my circadian rhythm 😩

I was so exhausted after work that I crashed at like 8 pm and woke up at midnight. Now I can't get back to sleep. 😒

I have some hot cocoa usually, and read a book or get on a game. I hope you will get sleepy soon, especially after reading this reply, it's imbued with sleep magic.

I've found myself using sleeping pills as my sleep schedule sucks ass. I usually struggle to fall asleep and thankfully these knock me out

@deadgerbil Wine right before sleep is a good way to ensure you'll wake up with a headache. It numbs you down even better than beer tho.
