I hate having to shit twice in the morning; so inconvenient.

But after speaking to people who have constipation issues I guess it really is a better problem to have than its inverse

It certainly is. I have IBD and IBS and when in a IBD flare up it can be 20 times a day and it ruins your life.

This is true . I have a spastic colon and it causes real problems with constipation . I have to eat alot of roughage every day to make sure I go regularly or suffer with severe stomach cramping which is no fun at all .
