can someone tell me
how to not take life so seriously? im only 23 but I feel like im running out of time. Its all really a bug sims game but im taking everything so dramatically and like its the end of the world or something. Wtf

I have always felt this way but haven't really found an answer myself.
For a while there it was even bad enough that deep down there would be some small part that would hope to wake up to bad news at a global level, just to feel that personal feelings lined up with reality. Of course, those things looking up don't help, they just make the sense of impending doom worse.
