Starting to think I have issues with confrontation

My boss and I are leading a financial peace university class and it’s great. I can see how much he enjoys helping people with money by the enthusiasm he has with the stories he shares. We kind of have a good cop - bad cop thing going on. His delivery sounds more harsh while I try and guide people into opening up. I do need to find a way to get him to share less though. It’s not giving the class the space to share. I just don’t know how to bring it up.

I didn’t even need to bring it up. We talked about the class in passing and he brought up that he was talking too much lol.

And how is it taught in your university?

Lol it’s a program that teaches you how to be better with money. From the classes I’ve lead and most people I’ve talked to, they weren’t taught how to build wealth.
