I believe that the decision is best left up to the respective parties and their doctor.
That's how I feel. I do what's best for me. I do think it should be a choice. @Bri89

@Spoiledbrat and shouldn't be done with taxpayers money unless it's a rape case and charges are filed
Really · 80-89, M
@MarineBob Oh we all know that NOTHING should be done with TAXPAYERS' money!

Aren't we all taxpayers, and could we have any government without taxes; no laws, no police, no army, no help for the needy (if you care about that.)

@Really my point basically is that If those clinics doing the abortions need taxpayers money then the CEO salary must be capped
Really · 80-89, M
@MarineBob I like the idea of capping salaries in companies that receive govt subsidies; all companies and all salaries, that is.

Bit of a pain - and costly - to administer & enforce; but what worth-while regulation isn't?

@Really planned Parenthood CEO over 1 million each year. Constantly sues states for withholding taxpayers money from them
Really · 80-89, M
@MarineBob Hmmm Planned Parenthood is non-profit, supported by subsidy and donations; an enterprise with general public support? Not sure how CEO salary relates to the securing of (pleading for) adequate funding from the government. They're separate issues?

@Really 57% of US households paid no federal tax last year. Up from 44% before the pandemic. CNBC isn't really a conservative source for news. https://www.cnbc.com/2022/03/25/57percent-of-us-households-paid-no-federal-income-tax-in-2021-study.html#:~:text=Since%20most%20workers%20pay%20payroll%20taxes%2C%20the%20share%20of%20American,pay%20state%20and%20local%20taxes. Child tax credits are a big part of that.

@Roadsterrider Non sequitur; off topic.
