In High School, the drama and art students were the self- appointed outcasts. We fancied ourselves as part of the hippy generation wearing black tee shirts, black jeans and a perpetual frown to prove we were of a different cut, superior and smug. It was really ridiculous looking back, but I guess it's a typical youthful desire to be recognized as unique.

Hey, that's me. Cheap, comfortable, low maintenance, good for any occasion and it saves time deciding what to wear every morning.

I call her party girl cuz when she first moved in she was playing michael Jackson pretty loud in their backyard.. not bad looking never talked to her except when I got pissed her big lab came into the street and went after my chihuahua. Yeah she always wears black I noticed..

The dark colour makes our beer guts look flatter

It might have to do with their taste? Maybe it suits their color dynamics better? I wear a lot of Grey and dark shades of blue because it compliments my dark hair. I really can’t do orange, yellow, green, purple, red, etc or any bright colors. It just doesn’t feel like me.

It means you can wear it all week without it looking too shabby.

Don’t have to waste time color-coordinating anything that way.

Easier to keep clean ? That’s why a couple of friends do. But I asked them, so that’s why I know their reason. 🙂
