How do you define a pervert?

I would define “pervert” as someone who seeks to see others in a self indulgent sexual way. I wouldn’t describe them as anyone you’d actually be able to have a relationship with as their needs for gratification out way everything.

That to me is a pervert.

Now someone who gets pervy or has perverted ideas is something else.
