Sometimes people are not helpful?

A neighbour dumped at least 1000 Chili seeds into my new Garden Bed.
I created an Australian Native Garden along a narrow strip abutting the fence line.
I inspect the garden yesterday for weed seeds and come across the chili seeds dumped at one end.
My initial reaction was what an absolutely crazy thing to do. Dumping at least 1000 seeds in an area less that 1 square foot..
I removed what I could but there are still at least 200 seeds.
Will need to wait until they germinate, then pull them out.

I take it you don’t like chili 🌶

@SimplyTracie I already have Chili plants growing and fruiting.
I love Chilies.
But to dump 1000+ seeds makes no sense at all.

@Gusman It doesn’t make any sense. Why would anyone do that? 😱

@SimplyTracie Talk about Shaking My Head🤷‍♂️
Is that considered garden valdalism?

@quitwhendone Same effect, I had to clean them up. Scooped up what I could and put them in the compost bin

Gave you pissed the neighbours off?
Gusman · 61-69, M
@ExtremeNext Don't think so. Simple people who have no clue😁
Why would they do that?

@TwiddlerofThumbs I asked myself the same question. Totally crazy thing to do, in such a small area.
pride49 · 31-35, M
Well I would have spread them thin all over your garden, to troll and give you lots of chili plants
Gusman · 61-69, M
@pride49 Yes, not super clever.
I already have a vegi patch, but no, dump them in the ornamental section😞
