I'll get you, you won't know when, but I will get you.

My block of flats has a resident handy man.
8 months ago a new couple moved in and they were Ne'er do wells, selling drugs, stealing property, smashing up the flat.
The Handy man was instrumental in having them evicted.
The day before they vacated, the guy being evicted had a to do with the handy man, coarse words were exchanged and he punched the handyman in the mouth.
Cops were useless.
1 week after the eviction, the guy came back at 11 pm and smashed the drivers side window of the handy man's work truck, a week later he came back, same time and slashed the tyres on the truck.
The next Friday night he came back and smashed the large windscreen and the drivers side window.
Each time he made his escape by running flat out past my window.
Each time I heard the window being smashed, the tyres being slashed, but it only takes seconds to inflict the damage and get away.
One has to wonder where this will all end.
String a wire up at this guys neck height right outside your window...when the deed is done, get rid of it right away...

Or get one of those mini spy canms and do it the legal way...

@Mandalorian Most of my neighbours want nothing to do with this kind of stuff. They stay behind closed doors, pull the curtains and turn up the TV volume.
No way to know where he is staying.
We can not be on the watch for him 24 hours a day. Sure, he has come back at 11 pm each time, but who is going to sit around waiting?
@Gusman ok..then the only other thing I can suggest is that you record the dates and times of all the incidents and give it to the cops and explain it all to them like you did here...

@Mandalorian The cops know all about it, except for last night.
Cops knew they were dealing drugs, cops attended at least 10 times. Nothing ever happens
Cops took the guy away once in handcuffs. He was back the next day🤷‍♂️

Well I'm certain the police will know who this guy is. In the UK this is serious harassment and stalking. If reported to the police and they don't investigate I would speak to my MP to take up with the Chief Super. He might be a prolific offender out on licence from prison. He just needs to be caught and dealt with. I hate scumbags like this. Alternatively there are off the record people you can talk to who will are of a higher pegging. It would only take one call to arrange a visit to said scumbag and he will, stay away. Support your handyman, he is a hero and he needs all the support from his community and his employer.

A few cameras can solve that problem.

@Gusman they never do. :/

Handyman needs to get them.
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Peaceful He most likely will. Though he is talking about leaving and going out to the country.

@Gusman I hope he nails this guy instead. So unfair.

Sounds like a guy with nothing to lose. And they are dangerous !
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Picklebobble2 Too right. He was shouting at the handyman, "You have put me on the street, you c*nt, you have no idea the damage I can do to you."
I saw this interaction, punch et al. The guy is over 6 feet and well built. Scary.
