Six months ago I would have to you to drop your whole life and go camping, hitchhiking, freestyle rock climbing or some such thing. Those kind of things worked well for me when I was your age. Sadly with the world on lockdown things like that are out. Try simple things like pushups, digging a hole in the back yard, chop some wood. Pushing yourself physically is you best bet.
