I am tired of this life and depression. I don't know what to do. Please help?

I have tried many things such as therapies, even took meds. But I wanted to get better on my own. Watched videos, audio, self help books , etc. Please anyone can help?

Have you looked into trans cranial magnetic stimulation? It is being used in treatment refractory depression with I believe a 97 percent success rate.
