Thinking...self talk just happens, like digestion or circulating my blood.

I am the awareness behind those thoughts. I observe them... For what they are.

I'm alone right now, and happy, as is my norm these days.
My hubby is down at the pumphouse kick-starting the water pump and will be out on the tractor slashing the long grass for several hours.
I spend long hours alone, have many solo activities and rarely feel lonely.
Yet I do need my friends. I find that friends bring fresh influences and help me see things from different perspectives, which I love.
