What is an assured way to affect a totalitarian regime without risk of civil war?

There is no proof that this is biological warfare. So dont say that. What we have is an orchestrated example of worldwide power control.Using scare tactics ie virus to bring the world to its knees. If there will be any kind of rebellion take it out on the filthy rich 1% whose intention it is to collapse the world economy with the purpose of total control over the 99%

I admit, I have this sort of thought living in the back of my mind.

However we humans like things to be in control. Even the thought of people with evil intentions doing this on purpose with a plan is more comforting to us than the knowledge that this pandemic is something we can't control.

Keep calm as covid19 is here to put an end totalitarianism and all forms of illegal and unlawful activity. No civil war when people don't step out.. all was waiting for world to get connected. We have cyberspace to control the outside world from inside of home. Watch the world transform.
