My sleep is highly, highly disordered. I go in cycles- I'll have a period of normal nighttime 8 hr sleep, then for no reason I will go through insomnia and not sleep for days, which will then lead to me sleeping whenever I can; which is usually day sleep or biphasic sleep.
It is torture. All I want is to have a regular sleep schedule. 😭

@DearAmbellina2113 I HEAR YA--ITS HARD TO JUST GO WITH THE FLOW AND NOT WORRY ABOUT IT--I CAN TAKE PILLS BUT JUST WAKE UP GROGGY. HERE IS A TYPICAL NIGHT--FALL ASLEEP AT 7 PM TILL 9--UP TILL 12 OR 1--SLEEP TILL 4 WITH PEEING OFF AND ON--THEN IM UP TILL 8 OR 9 AM AND DOZE OFF AND ON TILL NOON--IM RETIRED SO I CAN DO THIS BUT IM TIRED ALL THE TIME--AND IF I TAKE A PILL IT IS ALWAYS LIKE 3 AM OR SOMETHING AND THEN I FEEL LIKE A WORSE ZOMBIE--3 OR 4 AM IS THE WITCHING HOUR FOR ME

I nap occasionally. Most often 7 hours a night is enough.
