I was hating the 3rd grade, had just discovered Stephen King novels, and spent my free time buried in books and swimming in our pool.

I was planning my trip to the USA to meet up with some fellow truckers in Florida. They were down from canada.

I had graduated college the year before, and things weren't going well. I was seriously burned out and was just barely getting making just enough money to cover my expenses. I was also just getting over a disastrous relationship, while at the same time starting to fall into yet another disastrous relationship.

I did enjoy a lot of the movies that came out then. I pretty much saw every movie that came out.
