Do you have Euthanasia laws in your country?

The issue is being debate in the Western Australian Parliament at the moment.
Those Ministers against the bill are doing all they can to delay a vote on the issue.
Filibustering, asking inane questions, one day last week they debated from 9 am until 5 am the next day.
As much as 80% of the WA population is for Euthanasia, but instead of the People's representatives voting with the wishes of their constituents, they have been given a conscience vote.
So an electorate with 50,000 voters, 40,000 of whom are in favour can be snubbed by their representative if he/she is personally against Euthanasia.
Personally? I am for The right of the individual to decide when it is time to stop living

Most people with cancer will actually live a lot longer if they skip chemo. People say their loved one died of cancer, but in most cases, it was the poison that killed them. I believe a person should just tough it out till they die naturally.
