I get my 10,000 steps minimum in every day and then try to do 20 bicep curls on each arm with my 30 lb weights and do 20 squats. I want to start running again but I don't want to destroy my knees. I'll probably start playing some pick up ball over the summer if I can fit it into my schedule.

I do 12 ounce curls all day every day 🍺
Lately every day, ride my bike for several miles and do a few sets of stairs at the end to really get my blood pumping. I'm going to be depressed this winter when it's too wet and cold to keep this up.

Not often enough and it's why I've been distancing myself from being on line!😕 I DO love riding my bicycle and plan on doing more of that as soon as we get through this heat wave!🚲️🙂

These days I use nautilus machines at the gym. Ideally I do an hour there 3-4 days a week
