I get my 10,000 steps minimum in every day and then try to do 20 bicep curls on each arm with my 30 lb weights and do 20 squats. I want to start running again but I don't want to destroy my knees. I'll probably start playing some pick up ball over the summer if I can fit it into my schedule.
