Should I be worried that I'm not afraid of dying?.

A year or so ago I was stuck in a hospital being operated on and was thinking that, although it would be a bit inconvenient to die and move on to the next world, I don't really fear the inevitable event. Even though I've been a sinner (with a good heart ) most of my life and, by the rules of most religions am probably not going to heaven. It actually sounds quite exciting,, meeting up with my old family and friends in that little Irish pub in the sky. x GG

Fear of the unknown is a problem, It sounds like "There is something I should know that I don't know" and it ends up giving you Nightmares only the culprit never shows his face like a eerie misty feeling created by you and revealed in your dreams. You dont need a Religion you just need to know yourself, When you Critise yourself something in the pit of your stomach disagrees with you and hence bad feeling. Say something good in the pit of your stomach it feels good it agrees.Say something mean about someone for no reason you feel bad at your core unless your disconnected from yourself. I know your not afraid of hell or helios the Sun really hot cooking up this earth. Manmade gods are egotistical and need your energy so keep sending up praise. You would not exist without The Source being apart of you, Lol I told myself I was not gonna do this one, Id have to get deeper and Im sure you are connected with non manmade God inside you hence no fear.

@HitsWithaPillow However, from my visits to that same hospital, I totally fear slow death. I want to go on my terms, and not after having lost all my dignity dribbling in a nappy.

I hear ya, Im not going out that way either , also not in a nursing home watching the conditions of others paraded in front of me like hopelessness. I heard of people going downhill quick in places like that.
