Speaking for none other than myself, no. I've been alone with children countless times throughout my life and not once entertained a deviant thought. I don't know the inner thoughts of male friends, relatives and acquaintances so I am in no position to give a credible statement either way.

Yes and no. Though they make not act on it in a premeditated fashion but rather on impulse and opportunity. And remember, not all predators are pedophiles just like not all pedophiles are predators.
