I am most definitely a morning person. I'm usually up at 4am, out the door by 5am, at the gym by 5:30am, and so on. I dunno why I like the morning so much.

@InvictusIndigo I am sleeping at 4 am. I am a night person. I workout much better in after noon or evening. I am dead in the gym in morning. way down on strength!!! 😺
