How do you know you have hit rock bottom?

I just keep falling

They label the rocks there just to make sure you know.

Because everything will hurt and you won’t be able to get up so easily.

When you no longer question if you can go any lower.....

You know you’ve hit rock bottom when the only way you can look is up

It’s easy. Challenge the misery you are in to get worse. When it does, you’ve not hit bottom yet.

You can't fall any lower than that.
