What feels older your body or mind?

My body. I am still young at heart.

My body. When I get out bed to go walking, my thoughts go to looking at the sights and maybe getting coffee at Peet’s.
My knees, on the other hand, go
“Seriously ?” 🥵

I feel very young at heart, but my knees say otherwise.

My body....I still think about things like I’m young.
I still play tennis, but the next day my body feels like I’ve been beaten up.....and I look older than I think as well.

Body. My mind is retreating toward a second childhood.
