@Carla 9.55 am, 88 right now. Blazing sun. Road bitumen will melt today. Railway tracks will buckle. It can be tooooooo hot.

@Gusman i reckon so.
Those temps certainly are extreme.
Is this totally abnormal for this time of year?
We had temps very near that this past summer. Which is highly unusual. Especially for more than a day or two. Those temps lasted for weeks, with little rain.

@Carla These temperatures are typical for Perth Summers. Late January, February and March are always hot, hot, hot.
Sometimes it does not rain here for 2 months or more.
