When I was young, my sister , who was about 18 at the time, had a thinning hair problem. The Dr recommended a teaspoon or tablespoon of wheat germ in a glass of orange juice every day. I worked. Check it out🙂
I have thin hair too.. the only thing that helps is volumizing shampoo/conditioner.Other than that I haven't found anything.

There are more expensive hair products designed exclusively for thinning hair. There are also supplements you can take to strengthen hair and make it grow. The problem is that these products are costly and you have to keep using them to see progress.

I have extremely thin hair, but I don't know what's causing it. I largely suspect a iron

Wash hair in cooler water and don't wear hats or hair hells and don't eat too much salty stuff
