How to improve hair

Does anyone else have thin hair? 😒
Also, does anyone know ways to thicken thin hair? Any tips are appreciated 😇

I have extremely thin hair, but I don't know what's causing it. I largely suspect a iron
deficiency, since most of the symptoms check up. But who knows...
