Have you ever had a mental breakdown?

@BlueMetalChick I don't know. I get panic attacks too. But I've never lost total control of myself.

@Disturbed12 It's quite uncommon for me, but I've had intense panic attacks on rare occasions that lasted for about half an hour. The worst one I ever had was when I was watching some surveillance footage on the internet and saw some super weird creepy shit, and I started feeling like there was something in the room with me. I tried to take a shower to calm down but I kept turning in circles because I thought there was something behind me. Eventually I got so anxious that I put on my clothes and and ran outside because being in the open felt so much safer than being confined inside a house with walls and corners, where I couldn't open a door without worrying that there was someone standing behind it.

@BlueMetalChick You had a horrible experience! I can't stand completely dark rooms and if my eyes are forcefully closed (like with a piece of cloth). I get terrible panic attack and I can't imagine being in that state for more than 5 minutes!

@Disturbed12 My right eye is nearly blind. It was damaged by an extremely bright flash close to my face caused by an explosion when I was a child. It's essentially like my eye was permanently dilated. Most of the time, the image just cancels out, so it's like I'm seeing with just my left eye, which has excellent vision. But in extremely low light conditions, my right eye can actually see exceptionally well. So completely dark rooms don't bother me much because if there's even the slightest amount of ambient light, I actually have pretty good vision.

@BlueMetalChick Lol, the advantage of having a nearly blind eye 😀. Jk though, sorry to heat that you had to go through that accident in childhood. Anything hurting eyes is super painful 😖
