How do you cope with depressing thoughts?

Depression has been taking its toll on me and I just don't know what to do.

Walk, get some fresh air. Journal your thoughts. Light therapy, if you live up north. Yoga and meditation. Try to get together with a friend and talk about how you are feeling. Pray, if you feel moved to do so. Seek out a therapist, if possible.
