What was the worst date you had?

I was really attracted to this woman, and I also love French onion soup, so I took her to a niceX expensive restaurant and ordered French onion soup, but the cheese was very floppy, and there were too many onions in the soup, so as I tried to talk to her I wound up with loose, hot cheese, and hot onions that leaked out of my mouth, burning my tongue and chin, prompting me to desperately reach for my napkin and my glass of cold water. She made a sour face, and found some lame excuse for never wanting to see me again, but she was clearly disgusted by me.

I've talked about it before... but it was this guy who had to stop and buy juice on the way home from dinner because he was worried the wine we had would be too strong for him, so he wanted a mixer. We drank the wine in the car, his mixed with juice, and then I said I had to go and left. 😬

Wouldn’t say it was a date I basically met anyone off the net who saw my profile through a real life friend. I had no attraction to them whatsoever. Later on they claimed they saw me eyeing them up like a piece of meat, I wasn’t, I was trying to find something attractive about them.

She was scheduling another date at the same time.

Just stood up and walked out.

She brought her gay friend with her and they didn't buy any drinks so I ended up leaving them at the bar

It happened on Hogmanay of 2011. So the first date of one year and the last date of the next. And the day after my 40th birthday.

Some random drunk guy tried to steal her jacket and I stepped in to prevent it happening. He punched me in the face and then looked astonished when I didn't go down.

The thing I was most worried about was the potential to spend the first day of that year in jail if I hit him back.

well, there were a few but just one did it for me..

i threw the rest of the carton out. i wish the people attending the produce section cared more about 'use by' and 'freshness' dates!
