Do you trust all the updates your devices ask you for?
I could have put this under technology, but trust seems more like a larger life issue. I don't know, I disabled auto update on my phone. Like to look them over first.

My circumstances are more complex. I cannot get into the App Store because I can't remember my password and they've won't give it to me.
I am using my daughter's MacBookPro. And most updates require downloads and my daughter does not remember her admin password so essentially njI am technologically crippled, an outcast, a cyber leper.
And this laptop and operating system are so old that on the rare occasion I get as far as clicking 'upgrade' the display breaks out in helpless giggles.

@Mamapolo2016 Wow that sucks. Can't you talk to a rep and do some kind of reset? Maybe change accounts.
