How many hours of sleep do you usually get?

Between five and six hours, but more often closer to five than six.

Depends if I am working or not as well as how long I have worked. I could sleep all day when I'm not working. But always try to get at least 4 to 5 hours of sold sleep.

Standard compliment of 8 when all is well. More when in low manic phase, less when in high phase
