Not really. If someone lashes out in pain and unhappiness, it is easy for me to get over it. When someone shows they are pathological, I would call it more being wary of them then holding hateful feelings. When I had a stalker for 6 years, I drowned in a sea of hate. That experience ultimately made me stronger. Hoping good things for that person slowly allowed me to release all that rancor.
