calling someone Karen is the same as calling someone the n word

No, it isn’t. People are called "Karen" based on their behavior. The "n" word was and is strictly a racial epithet, regardless of anything else.

Incidentally, one feature of "Karens" is them being quick to use the "n" word when they encounter black people. YouTube has many instances of them doing just that—and getting their behinds kicked for saying it.

@bijouxbroussard so they are beat up by revenge crazed vigilantes who claim they are the victim? Somehow that doesn’t seem right.
@pillowman I don’t feel bad for them, they’re reaping what they sow. Poor, poor klan member. They know what they’re doing.

@bijouxbroussard so giving someone what you think they deserve that sounds like something a useless person might say or at least a vigilante or a lynchmob member might say or think. Nobody is above the law.
@pillowman Speaking of lynch mobs, whites lynched blacks with impunity here for hundreds of years. And the "n" word was generally the last thing they heard before dying. The fact that you have nothing to say about these women using the word deliberately is very telling of your bigotry. Because without them calling ugly names, and often putting hands of people first, nothing would’ve happened to them.

@bijouxbroussard coming from a person that thinks what they think a person deserves even if it involves a vigilante style action.
@pillowman You must be a person who lets others walk all over him ? Because you can’t understand the concept of fighting back ? Even black women and children were lynched because of racist hatred, not because of anything they had done. So today, when people react against racist comments and treatment, I understand why.

@bijouxbroussard so you are okay with vigilante style retaliation. As long as they get what you determine they deserve.
That is just wrong.
That is the way lynchmobs think
@pillowman No. The lynch mob is several upon one. These are women who insulted the wrong individuals and regretted it. You’re a major hypocrite, because you undoubtedly worship folks like Chuck Norris & John Wayne, who sure wouldn’t "turn the other cheek" to insults. That’s not the "American way", is it ?

@bijouxbroussard what? Are you trying to justify your vigilante behavior? How old are you? Are you even a woman? You are hung up on your violent self. Thinking that those who don’t resort to violence for being spoke to wrongfully!
You are just violent thinking you will give them what you think they deserve instead of calling the police on them. Being that you think it would cause violence let people more qualified deal with it . Like the police. They are to handle violent people.
@pillowman Calm down. I’m personally very peaceful. But I don’t believe for one moment that you turn the other cheek when someone declares himself your enemy or insults you or a loved one—assuming you’re really a man.

@bijouxbroussard Like self defense situations that entail someone attacking you physically. Like those that were violently attacked could have pulled a gun if they had one assuming they were old enough to be in possession of one, and shot their attacker (s) if they feared for their lives. Which would be legal here in Texas.
@pillowman See ! You’re a hypocrite ! I knew it. Claiming you’re against violence, when you live in a state where people shoot up children in classrooms ! People carry guns and kill each other and you’re whining about fistfights ? Where nobody died ? These "Karens" got their asses kicked because the people they confronted felt threatened ! So even according to where you live, someone could’ve shot them !
pillowman · M
@bijouxbroussard only the crazy violent prone ones! With your giving them what you think they deserve way of thinking you are a potential active shooter!
@pillowman Bullsh*t. You’re a hypocrite.

@bijouxbroussard One fact to consider, is that stereotypes, even in this day and age don't always hold up to scrutiny.

Case in point: There do exist people named Karen, who aren't entitled at all
