And take a look at themselves and their behavior and maybe they’ll understand why womens rights are under attack. I love my Mum, the women i call sisters and my cousins and aunts, but you can not reasonaby allow women to accuses men falsely of rape and not see changes happen that they don’t like. Women should not be placed on a pedestal but treated as equal to men. If a man falsely testified at court he would be brought up on charges like purgary (sorry for my spelling). 7 years is not enough and 1 year is sure as hell not enough for falsely accusing men to get justice for their destroyed lives. Women who do this like Jemma Beale and Melinda Denham are lower than dirt.

Each accusation should be investigated in confidence. If the man has a case to answer then go to trial. If the accusation is fabricated then go to trial, with the same penalty. Unfortunately many cases are his word against hers and cannot be proven either way.

I agree it is a terrible terrible crime, but did you know that a guy is much more likely to be raped than be falsely accused of rape?

The worst part about rape charges is that they are the bell you cannot unring. Accuse somebody of rape, and they'll always be under suspicion for the rest of their lives.
