Your keyboard seems to be stuck in the caps lock position, dude.
Ex presidents can end up, accidentally, and mostly due to no fault of their own, having classified documents.
When that's discovered, either by the President, his staff, or the records office, the proper authorities are notified, and arrangements are made to return said documents to the national archive.
Cheeto Benito, not only knowingly took classified documents, but he bragged about it, was showing them to visitors, and he ignored every effort to have said documents returned, and instructed his legal team and staff, to lie to authorities.
If what's happening is unprecedented, it's because Cheeto Benito thinks he's above the law. Look how much the MAGA crowd loves it:

That reminds me of this crazy old broad on Yahoo who went by the name Fireball. We all used to make fun of her because in addition to her hilarious beliefs, she was constantly yelling at people with her caps lock on, and then denying that that's what the caps lock was for.
Actually, over the years, her story changed. At first, she tried to say that her caps lock key was broken. I offered to buy her a new keyboard, and she blocked my account. (Unlike here, blocking on Yahoo! Answers was a joke, easily gotten around by making a new account, and the admins didn't give a fuck.) After that, she claimed that she used caps lock because her eyesight was bad, and she couldn't see lowercase letters as well. I offered to help her change the accessibility settings on her computer so that she could see better, and she blocked me again. Stopped making excuses for it, and just flat out denied that typing with her caps lock on was yelling.

@LordShadowfire Speaking of important issues, and being born and raised in S.C. ya'll has been seen with several different spellings:). My dictionary gives no results for either version. My take is that it is distinctly southern and distinctly incorrect, endearing it to me forever:)
Please forgive me for spelling and all of its relatives. After completing my dissertation with its endless corrections, not only corrections of my writing, but professors who made corrections early on, I completely lost interest in the spelling of anything including shiit.
